Shipping & Refund Policy
This policy explains how we ship your orders and how returns and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods, Times & Costs
We ship worldwide through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Free standard shipping on all orders over $49. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
4. Returns
We want you to love your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons: intimate apparel, cosmetics that have been opened, pierced jewellery, and final-sale items marked as non-returnable.
5. How to Start a Return
Email hello@allrich.ai with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Airwallex within 5–10 business days. The original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable except where the item was defective or incorrect.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
